Yes: I checked online about the products you take. These are dietary non prescription diet pills which may contain herbal ingredients we dont exactly know that will curb your appetite. Most diet pills have some form of stimulants thus causing your symptoms . Stop the meds for now. Go see your dr for a complete evaluation including a TSH & ekg .Give us a feedback my friend.God bless u!
