Eyelid gland orifice: You probably are seeing little orifices of eyelid margin glands of meibom. Rubbing your eyelids a lot can damage them and may result in styes or chalazia. When the "bumps" decompress they go away as a secretion of oil which lubricates the eyeball surface.
