Some of the symptoms: Can be due to either colon origin or ovarian origin. Best to see your gyn doctor and get a pelvic ultrasound. Once ovarian and uterine issues are ruled out, constipation and or other colon pathology or an inguinal hernia or enlarged lymph nodes in the inguinal area can represent perianal aqbscess or infection causing the anal pain. See your pcp and be specific and detailed in your complaints.
