I've had rf ablation of osteoid osteoma (9 minutes). postop pain not getting better for 5 days. surgeon said 1-2 days max. will it resolve on its own?

It depends: It depends in part on what is causing your pain, i would certainly let your doctor know. It may be a soreness from the procedure, or that the condition has not yet been completely taken care of, or it may be coming from another source. Your doctor would be in the best position to answer why it is still hurting. Thank you for your question.
