I've had rf ablation of osteoid osteoma (9 minutes). postop pain not getting better for 5 days. surgeon said 1-2 days max. will it resolve on its own?

It depends: It depends in part on what is causing your pain, i would certainly let your doctor know. It may be a soreness from the procedure, or that the condition has not yet been completely taken care of, or it may be coming from another source.
