Here's some ideas: Usually there are foods that incite this. The best thing to do is to take a stepwise approach to figuring out which foods are the culprits and avoiding them. Be sure you rule out dairy products, as you may be lactose intolerant. Avoid carbonated drinks as well. Of course, there are a variety of over-the-counter products that are designed to reduce intestinal gas (ie beano).

Many causes : Gas and bloating has many causes1excessive swallowed air2 certain foods like carbonated beverages, spicy fried or fatty foods, broccoli, cabbage, onions, beans, apple or prune juice, fried fruits, sorbitol, manitol, found in many low carb/sugar free foods.Certain behaviors like talking while chewing, chewing gum, tight fitting garments, smoking/chewing tobacco .Medical causes lactose intolerance .Avoid cause.
