Here's some ideas: Usually there are foods that incite this. The best thing to do is to take a stepwise approach to figuring out which foods are the culprits and avoiding them. Be sure you rule out dairy products, as you may be lactose intolerant. Avoid carbonated drinks as well. Of course, there are a variety of over-the-counter products that are designed to reduce intestinal gas (ie beano).
