No: Some questions are not very good questions, and are returned to the member for improvement. Examples of such are questions with poor spelling and poor grammar, making them hard to understand; or questions that do not focus on one issue, making it hard to figure out what the member is concerned about. One should frequently check her email to see if any questions were returned.
