Have it evaluated : In an individual with a prior maligancy who is experiencing pelvic pain, this pain really needs to be evaluated asap. Start with your family doc or your oncologist.

Maybe: There are cases where ovarian function can return 2 years out from chemotherapy, but it is rare. Pain in the pelvis or ovary needs to be worked up with at least an ultrasound. There are some blood tests like fsh and lh that can show if ovarian function is returning, but remember, it is rare.
