A member asked:

Could implantation bleeding last for seven days? or is that my period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Implantation bleeding occurs in some women and generally lasts for 24 hours or less. If you do not have it, it does not mean you are not pregnant. Most women do not have implantation bleeding. If you are bleeding that long it is either an early period or you might have had an anovulatory cycle where you did not release an egg. If this continues, you may want to discuss it with your gyn.
