Depends: Depends on why you take aspirin. Women do not get the same benefit as men for primary prevention of heart disease, so ask your doctor if you really need baby aspirin. If you do need it, you can take it with BP meds.

It won't hurt: As long as you are not allergic to asa, even a baby asa can be beneficial for the heart. Taking the baby asa with your BP med is not contraindicated, and would be fine.
