Time to see doc..: Everyone experiences some aches and pains at some point in life, but if any pain that is adversely affecting your life, you should have it checked out. It is not possible to tell what you have or to better advise you since the information you provided is so limited. You age, duration of pain, history of trauma, activities, medication use etc..Are important pieces of information. Good luck to you.

Possible bakers cyst: An exam would be needed and some xrays labs etc. But if its been there for a long time a bakers cyst may be your problem. An ultrsound may be needed.
