Yes.: One study (kristensen jh, et al) - journal of human lactation 2006, nov., found that the absolute infant dose of a breastfeeding mother on Gabapentin was 3% of the total children's dose of Gabapentin (with a 0.4 mg/l blood level). This was approximately 6% (almost 20x less) than the mother's Gabapentin blood concentration. Technically you can do it. Proceed with caution. Check with your doc.
