No: Ovarian remnant syndrome is when it was thought that your ovaries were removed but there was a small portion or remnat that was left. If this was the case, then you should still have hormone production and if you have a uterus, possibly bleeding; if no uterus, then possibly signs and/or symtoms of ovulation, unless you are menopausal. Should not lead to any abdominal issues. Hope this helps.
