What does it mean to have mild c4-5 and c5-6 posterior disc bulge and anterior thecal sac indentation?
I had an MRI done and it says c4/c5 posterior disc herniation impinging on the anterior thecal sac. I have pain in neck and shoulders and headaches.
Large posterior disc herniation at T5-6, with posterior herniating disc material extending for 5 mm thin expected posterior confines the disc. There is abutment with flattening the anterior surface of the thoracic spinal cord. Thecal sac is 1.1 cm?
L5-S1 disc herniation.1mm anterior to posterior extending from the left to the right subarticular region.patient has contact of the right S1 nerve root, flattening of the ventral thecal sac. Does it mean its affecting only right leg or left leg too?
If fi have disc disiccation with a mild disc bulge that was effacing the thecal sac anteriorly, is there something i can do or does that mean surgery?
