My left breast has like some nots in it, what could that be?

?fibrocysts: Fibrocystic breast disease (more a condition than a disease) is certainly a common finding (benign) and a possibility in a woman your age. To be safe however, see your gyn for a breast exam and evaluation. Best wishes.

Family history?: At your age, most things that cause your symptoms will be benign (not cancer). It could be a fibroadenoma, cyst, lipoma, or nodular breast tissue, etc. But you would need to be examined and most likely imaged. A doctor can take a thorough history and perform a breast exam and determine what it is. Women with a strong family history of breast cancer should be biopsied.
