Need data: Is it primary or secondary fsgs. In addition how much protein is in the urine and what is the current kidney function? If the kidney function is significantly depressed the prognosis is poor. If there is more than 4000mg protein in the urine the prognosis is poor. Primary fsgs has a worse prognosis than secondary fsgs. Follow up with a nephrologist for appropriate treatment.
