Muscle pain others: When you cough you use the muscles of the chest and back and too much coughing can tire the muscles and can make them painful, also what causes the cough like viral or bacterial infection of lungs or bronchi can also cause headaches, body and back pains, you may get pain in the back of chest if you have pneumonia with or without pleurisy can cause pain in back of chest.
