Why do my eyes itch when i take my glasses off?

Maybe dry eye: It is possible if your glasses wrap around your head, or are large, they are shielding you from wind, etc. If you take your glasses off, your tears may be evaporating quicker causing dry eye which may present as itching. You may try artificial tears or allergy eye drops to see if this helps.
