What are the chances of getting pregnant when your tubes grew back together and what are the chances of getting pregnant with tubes tied for 7yrs?

Tube tied permanent: Tube tied or tubal ligation is supposed to be a permanent contracepcion and is most of the time but there have been rare cases of failure of tubal ligation, but very rare. I dont know what you mean by tubes grown together. If you mean blockage of the tube by disease, than it depends if it is on one side or both tubes. If one tube is blocked it makes conception chances 50%less, but if both blocked less.
