Not quite!: Once you graduate with a medical degree (md), you have anywhere from 3-10 years of additional training in your field before you can sit for your board exams....And even that does not guarantee you a high position!

Let me explain: If you went to medical school and finish, then you went on training for example internal medicine and you pass the board you should have the opportunity for good position.Good luck.
