Pass or fail?: One does not pass or fail a neurological exam. The "exam" should be a comprehensive evaluation with detailed history and selective examination and appropriate tests as deemed necessary. Then your doctor should provide an adequate explanation of his evaluation that addresses your questions. You may request a second opinion if not fully satisfied.
