Eating/exercise: Obesity is caused by eating too many calories and/or burning too few calories. Obesity goes away by taking in fewer daily calories than you burn. So eat less calories and exercise more. Weight daily and if your weight is staying the same or going down you're on the right track. If it goes up, then you're not doing enough. Period.
