A member asked:

I have atrophied/small left testis which was placed to scrotum from hernia operation at age of 21.is it possible to make it normal in function&size?

Depends: The size of the testicle cannot be changed. It is hard to assess what function a single testicle has. It is hard to isolate it to test singularly. Overall function and viability of sperm can be tested. Size will remain the same.

NO!: This is from birth. It should have been brought down much much earlier! however the other side will take up and produce enough hormones as well as sperm!
