Not likely: Lactose intolerance is the inability to breakdown the lactose sugar found in milk and other dairy products. The symptoms of lactose intolerance are crampy abdominal pain, gassiness, and nonbloody diarrhea after ingestion of increasing amounts of dairy products. It would be important to have an evaluation for fluid retention.
