Genetically set: Most likely there is little you can do to affect his final height at this point. He's already 16 1/2, and most growth plates are closing if not closed already. Growth hormone deficiency cannot be corrected at this point. There is a possibility he's one of those whose skeletal system is a little immature, and he may grow in college. Especially if there is a family history of "late bloomers".
