According to an ultrasound i was 9.2wks pregnant. during that time i got pregnant i was on my period and the pill. how is this possible?

Possible : Sometimes a "period" may be confused w the blood that comes from the embryo attaching to the uterine wall. Also, the pill is approx 86% effective and less effective if you missed a pill so you still may have gotten preg.
