Many options: There are quite a few options out there. It would start with a good combination of scalp shampoos - i usually have my patients alternate 2 or even 3 types. Depending how extensive the scalp psoriasis is, steroid impregnated topicals with or without a vitamin d analog can be helpful. You need to see your dermatologist for an individualized treatment plan. There is hope!
