Does sprintec help stop bleeding from the depo-provera shot?

It may: Help but u could use just a low dose estrogen instead of double dosing on the Progesterone with the sprintec which has both estrogen and progesterone. The Depo-Provera shot is Progesterone only, adding estrogen alone would be better.

Any estrogen: Since Depo-Provera is a synthetic progestin only many women bleed on it alone. Adding an estrogen to it to "balance" the levels will help control bleeding in most women as you have created in essence a "balanced" oral contraceptive pill equivalent. I would suggest avoiding long term Depo-Provera due to osteoporosis risks.
