Hematospermia.: You should consult your primary care physician and get tested for std's and urinalysis . Studies shows that the cause of blood in sperm in person younger than 40 year with no past medical history and family history of cancer is most likely benign. If the urine are std test come back positive for infection, get treated and always practice safe sex.

Hematospermia: Hematospermia (blood in th semen) is almost always from a benign cause such as inflammation or infection in the prostate or seminal vesicles. If symptoms persist, you may need to see a physician for antibiotics.
