No question!: Need more info. Is there swelling , redness, pain w urination, discharge? Is there any fever, does he complain any other times? If ANS to all these is no then u most likely have nothing to worry about. I rec. U take him to his pediatrician for his 3yr well child visit. Discuss your concern w dr. Good luck! p.S. Let him wash himself and see what happens.
