Yes: Before puberty, urine can enter the ejaculatory ducts. However, with growth of prostate at puberty, this usually subsides. However, with cysts or scar tissue in urethra, urine can reflux as adults. Typical symptoms of ejaculatory duct reflux is testicular pain (either or both sides) with or just after ejaculation that may be brief or last a day or so. Infections are also possible.
