Chest pain: From what you say, no one out here in the cloud can tell you its nothing important. On the other hand in a 25 year old female with those previous normal findings, chances are the pain isn't your heart. Anxiety certainly can cause such things. Perhaps seeing your regular doc and working through this is the best thing to get your pain worked through.

Maybe: If other problems were ruled out, might be anxiety. Panic attacks can include chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, perspiration, stomach pain/nausea or other GI problems. Rapid heart rate and a sense of dread or fear of losing control may occur also. Seek out a psychologist or other mental health professional for help.
