Ring like Rash: Without seeing your rash my first thought is that this is either ring worm or another type of fungal infection. You will need medication to rid yourself of this.

Eczema: It could be eczema or warts, or an allergic reaction to something. Rashes are best treated in person so the doctor can see and feel to determine what it is.

Evaluate to know.: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.

I keep having skin rashes appear. My skin becomes exceptionally itchy and once scratched the area becomes inflamed in red rings of different sizes.
