None unless: ..None unless you had problems before you were on the pill. If you had heavy periods pre- pill, cramps, or irregular cycles, you may return to your old patterns. But this is unrelated to any 'pill' effect. Many simply forget how they felt after being accustomed to the pill's regular light cycles & then stopping that experience. If pill gave you nausea or headache stopping will end that quickly.

Getting pregnant...: Shouldn't be any side effects to stopping your birth control pills, aside from getting pregnant. Well, it also depends upon why else you might be taking bcp eg acne, menstrual migraine, irregular menses, hirsutism, etc. Regardless, stopping your bcp shouldn't cause any side effect alto what ever condition you had prior to starting pill may/will return. Don't forget to make him wear a condom.
