Safe environment: Babies can sustain severe injuries from falls. You do not mention how old your infant is, but it is obvious you must make sure the sitter provides for a safe environment for your baby. Infants should never be left in any surface, bed or couch or anywhere they will fall from. Have the baby checked if you have not done so already.

Yes with precaution: If the babysitter was with the child as she should be she should not leave the child on bed without making sure baby is protected from falling if this third time get another sitter falling from that height usually doesnt cause damage but if it hits head could be serious if baby cries a little and is acting normal check his body feeling all the bones and abdomen and head and no cries no worries.
