IVF: Ivf occurs after stimulating the ovaries with medications to increase the # of eggs produced. The eggs are removed when they are mature (size and lab tests done to confirm) and fertilized by placing the sperm into each egg or putting a number next to the egg inside the lab. The embryos generated can be transferred afterwards to create a pregnancy. Good quality embryos can be frozen for future.
