Yes: If your cataract surgery is healed, feel free to wear whatever color lenses you want. Of course, you do realize you will need to get the correct prescription in the lenses to properly correct the astigmatism. Most intraocular lens implants these days have ultraviolet protection already incorporated into them.

Yes: Your prescription after surgery won't have any restrictions on the type of lens. And good news....Many insurances (including medicare) pay for part or all of the cost of new glasses.
