Possible Méničre's: Méničre's disease is an inner ear condition where the fluid either increases in production or decreases in absorption. When this happens it can trigger a vertigo attack lasting 30 min-24 hrs. Often there is hearing loss, tinnitus, and ear fullness. If it starts to happen independent of a salt load get it, checked as it can cause permanent hearing loss. If it's only after salt then avoid it.
