Insufficent data: Please repost your question but please include the actual numbers, i.e., what your measured serum sodium actually is; or, if it hasn't been measured, why you think your level is abnormal, whether you think the level is too low or too high, why you did this "overhydration" thing, & exactly what you mean by overhydration, i.e. what fluids & how much. Nothing about your question is clear.

More Info...poss ER!: This could be something very simple to a very serious condition. The correction of sodium (Na) has to be very carefully done. How do you know it is low? Do you know your actual Na # & K? Do you know what it was the last time it was checked, "abnl" Na values are not uncommon in at your age. If you know this info you could consult a HealthTap doc, otherwise get in touch with your doc ASAP or the ER.
