Will skin grafting (transplants) ever become an anti-wrinkle treatment?

No: No. Skin grafting is a surgical procedure that helps close wounds or repair scar. It rarely looks like or behaves like the skin it is used to replace.

Not any time soon.: The skin is different colors on different parts of the body, so it is difficult to get an exact match. There is a scar around the periphery of a skin graft, which is usually noticeable. On the other hand, I use dermal grafts, the deep part of the skin, as a filler for deep nasolabial folds and to restore lip volume. Most frequently this is done with a facelift or other surgery when skin is removed.
