Keep trying: It can take up to 18 months for a normal couple to achieve a pregnancy. Since you have had 2 children, there is probably not a problem with you. If your partner has children as well, and you are having regular monthly cycles, then you likely just need to keep trying. If your partner hasn't fathered children or if you don't have monthly periods, you should see your ob/gyn for evaluation.

Evaluation involves confirmation of ovulation, patency of fallopian tubes, and assessment of sperm characteristics. Abnormalities in any one of these may make it more difficult to conceive, even with history of previous live birth(s).
