First confirm: Before treating, you need to confirm diagnosis. For example, psoriasis can sometimes present the same way. Depending on cause, so goes treatment. Fungal infections needs anti-fungal creams. Inflammation may need corticosteroids but omega-3s foundion wild fish like salmon may help with inflammation. Don't rely on supplements.
