Dry skin: Massage hair with coconut oil and wrap hot wet towel for 5 minutes 1-2 /week , apply 5 drops of coconut oil to wet har and roots , eat lot of nuts with each meal, lot of fruit and veges. Even castoroil good for hair massage.
