Yes: Make sure you get some exercise. A 30 minute walk several times per week can help. Schedule pleasure able activities and resist social isolation. Also, limit alcohol and pay attention to good sleep hygiene. Good luck!

Yes: U can exercise, it can increase endorphine which can improve u mood. And well being , u can eat wright , fruit and vegetable avoid illicit drugs and stress , but usually is better to see a mental health professional for evaluation and treatment.

YEs: Diet and exercise are biggies. Dealing with stressors and unresolved psychological and situational conflicts is another. Getting enough sunlight is yet another. If you've done all that and still feel sad most of the time, have disruptions in sleep, appetite and libido, then it's time to rethink your reluctance to see a doctor.
