Not likely: Soy has phytoestrogens that can b converted to estrogen. Too muh estrogen in a male can cause breast tenderness and growth. Unlikely to cause cancer. Still, in order to get enough soy in your diet to cause such symptomatic changes you would have to drink solely soy milk in large amounts. Women who want to get estrogen replacement by taking soy must add powder form concentrate to get enough.
