Catamenial epistaxis: It seems more than coincidental that symptoms wd return at the same point in ur cycle. Endometriosis (uterine tissue found outside the uterus) is common & usually causes pelvic/abdominal pain or rectal bleeding but uncommon nasal endometriosis can cause nosebleeds as well.
