I want bodygrowth, will it possible? i am 23 years old

Yes and no: You won't get taller at your age, but most women and most everybody else are much more impressed with a lean, muscular man regardless of bone structure. Resistance training maximum weight, few reps. Make friends at the gym, ask for help. Avoid steroids. Ask your physician whether creatine and and electronic muscle stimulator suit you. Great idea.
