Possibly: By "water infection"i assume you mean a "urinary tract infection" or uti. Some utis can involve the kidney and thus facilitate entry of bacteria into the bloodstream. This can cause fever and other symptoms which could include feeling faint. Simple cystitis or "bladder infection" does not cause fever or systemic symptoms and generally should not cause one to pass out.
