Can be treated: Anemia in young women is related to nutrition, menses, pregnancy commonly. Replacement of iron(oral or iv), diet changes, vitamin intake and preriod control if heavy are very helpful. Other causes need to be ruled out by your doctor first.

See below: Agree with Dr. R. Very few anemias are life long issues. If you are a woman and have periods, try oral iron and multivitamin supplements. If you are a man, see a doctor for evaluation of blood loss. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
