Heavy or swollen?: If swollen and painful, need to see a dr to rule out DVT ( deep vein thrombosis) clot. Serious condition. If red swollen and painful could be cellulitis ( skin infection).

Go see your doctor: Sudden onset of one sided weakness is concerning for stroke. If that is indeed the situation, you have less than 3 hours from onset to get to er for emergent diagnosis & treatment in a certified stroke center. Don't wait.
