Diverticulitis?: Typically pain in the left lower quadrant of the abdomen is suspicious for either ovarian problems or diverticulitis. Both of these really need to be seen and checked....See your doctor to get a better diagnosis and treatment.

Various: Consider diverticulosis/diverticulitis (will need antibiotics), hernia, constipation, bowel obstruction. It also depends on how long it lasts and the quality of the pain. May be limited and nothing to be concerned about.
